Up to 10 guests can be invited to a workspace to collaborate on specific files with you, either as an Editor or Commenter. Note that guest access is only available to workspaces on Pro or Enterprise plans, but the guest you invite doesn't need to be a paid user.

  1. Open the editing page of the file to which you'd like to invite a guest. Make sure the file is located within a teamspace, not personal space, as you can't invite a guest to a file located in your personal space.

See here for how to move a file from your personal space to a shared teamspace:📄 Move audio files to a different teamspace

  2. Click on Invite in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the email address of the person you would like to invite, and choose if you'd like to invite them as an Editor or Commenter.

  6. At this point, you can confirm whether you'd like to invite them as a guest, meaning they only have access to this specific file, or as a member, meaning they join the whole workspace and have access to this and any public teamspaces. More info on members here:📄 Add members to a teamspace in a workspace

To continue inviting them as a guest, select Keep guest access.

  7. They will receive an email inviting them to collaborate with you. They should click Accept Invite and follow the steps in the email to sign up or log into Wondercraft.

  8. They will now be able to access the specific file you invited them to, either as an Editor or Commenter. They won't be able to see any other files, unless you follow these steps again to grant them guest access.

Here's an example of what your guest will see on their homepage:
