Click to select a clip.
Expand the track timeline to view the waveforms
Press S on your keyboard to enter split mode.
Click on the point in the clip where you want to make the split. The original clip is now split up into two clips.
Alternatively, you can align the timeline tracker where you want to split and then press the Split button on the timeline controls bar
The resulting split clip will have both audio and script split where you wanted it
You don't have to generate audio again, just click play!
