Workspace credit and seat charges

Credit charges

The Owner or creator of a workspace must be on a Business or an Enterprise plan to create new teamspaces or additional workspaces, and to invite members to join a teamspace. All members added to a teamspace within a workspace would automatically be added to the parent workspace and become billable. A Personal space would also automatically be created for each member of a workspace.

All charges would incur on a workspace level, from the workspace Owner's subscription plan. All credit usages from all teamspaces, including members' Personal spaces, would also be charged from the parent workspace.

Seat charges

The workspace Owner is invoiced the total number of paid additional editor seats over and above the seat count already available in your plan at $45 per month per additional editor seat. These seats are available to be assigned to members during the billing cycle, giving you the flexibility to add and remove workspace members at ease. At the next renewal, we will remove all unfilled additional editor seats.

Specifically:

  • If you add a member to your workspace, and you are paying for all your workspace members currently, your total paid seat count will increase. You will be charged the prorated amount for the remaining billing period at the date of the subscription renewal.

  • If you remove a member from your workspace, you would free up an available paid seat. During your current billing period, you can add a different member to fill this paid seat at no additional cost.

  • If you remove a member from your workspace and don't add a different member this billing cycle, your total paid seat count will decrease by one at renewal.
