    There are six ways to get help on Wondercraft:

    1. Use the resources available on  support.wondercraft.ai 
    2. Watch a relevant video in the  Wondercraft for Beginners Youtube  series..
    3. If you can't find what you need, use the green chat bubble at the bottom right of the app.
    1. We aim to respond in the first 10 minutes, but there are cases with high support workload that a response may take up to 2 hours.
    1. If you have a longer question, or you don't need an immediate response, either email team@wondercraft.ai or join our  weekly office hours on Tuesdays , where you can ask our CEO anything you want.
    2. If you are a business that wants to find out more about our pricing plan, feel free to ping enterprise@wondercraft.ai
    3. New to Wondercraft or AI Audio?     Book your slot on Wondercraft 101. 
    4. If you have valid concerns and you want to discuss the product, you can book your private 1-1 with  our CEO  using  this link .
