All voices, songs and sound effects available from Wondercraft audio studio are royalty-free and licensed for personal and commercial use for paid (Creator, Pro, or Enterprise) users. This means you can distribute and monetize off of the audio tracks made on Wondercraft during the subscription period, using Wondercraft-provided voices, songs, and sound effects, royalty-free during and after your Wondercraft subscription. For Starter or Free users, all Wondercraft-owned voices, songs and sound effects are 

 to personal and non-commercial uses only. 

The copyright of everything you create on Wondercraft lies with you and you only. Should Wondercraft wish to use one of your Wondercraft-created audio tracks for marketing purposes, we must obtain your prior written-approval.

License and copyright

Before proceeding with voice cloning, please ensure that you have obtained explicit permission from the individual whose voice you wish to clone (if it is not your own). Unauthorized cloning of voices, including those of celebrities or public figures, without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited and may infringe on their intellectual property and privacy rights. By proceeding, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and consents to use the voice in this manner. Wondercraft is not liable for any unauthorized use of voice cloning by its users. Your use of this feature must comply with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

When uploading a music track or a sound effect, you must own the audio or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to use it in your audio project. Unauthorized use of copyrighted music, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, or public performance, is a violation of copyright laws and our Terms of Service. By uploading the audio, you confirm that you possess all necessary rights and licenses. Wondercraft is not responsible for any copyright infringement by its users. Please ensure your usage complies with copyright laws and our Terms of Service. Unlawful uploads may result in termination of your account and legal action.
