When you run out of credits or click on a premium feature, you will be prompted to upgrade your subscription to a higher plan. You can also follow the steps below to purchase a subscription.

You'll be redirected to Stripe, where you'll be able to complete a subscription purchase.

Purchase a subscription

You can change your subscription at any time. If you work in a team, only the workspace Owner can change the subscription.

When you run out of credits or click on a premium feature, you will be prompted to upgrade your subscription to a higher plan. You can also follow the steps below to change your subscription.

When you upgrade on Wondercraft, you will immediately be upgraded to the new plan with more credits. Any unused monthly credits at the time of the plan upgrade will be discounted against the plan upgrade, and you will have a month from the day of your subscription upgrade to use these credits.

Your subscription will downgrade at the start of the next billing cycle. You will have access to all your existing plan features and credits before your subscription downgrades.

You can check your credit usage at any time. If you work in a team, only the workspace Owner has access to the workspace's credit usages.

Follow the instructions on screen to change your email.

Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your MFA.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you work in a team, only the workspace 

You workspace will still have access to the current plan features and any remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle, which date is found under Current plan.

Cancelling your subscription will not affect any draft or mixed audio tracks created on Wondercraft, nor any voice clones, music or sound effects uploaded to Wondercraft. You can restart your subscription any time.

Did you know that you can also claim a refund of your last month when cancelling?

We are sorry to see you go! Follow the instructions below to delete your Wondercraft account. 

Confirm you want us to delete your account, including all assets associated with it. Note that there's no going back if you want to find something on Wondercraft later.
