You will receive an email containing a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

To change the email address associated with your Wondercraft account, please contact us either via the chat bubble on the bottom right corner or email 

Edit payment method or billing information on Stripe.

Change login or personal details

You will be prompted to authenticate again.

You will then receive an OTP on your phone. Enter this code and confirm.

You can turn off from MFA anytime by clicking on

You can change your subscription any time.

, which is price difference between the two plans. You will receive the credit difference between the two plans immediately after the upgrade. Any credit usage in the month/billing cycle of the upgrade will not reset until all credits reset at the start of the next month/billing cycle.

Rachel is on a 100-credit Creator plan, and upgrades to a 200-credit Pro plan on July 1st 2024. The initial monthly Creator subscription was purchased on June 15th 2024. Rachel has used 80 credits to create audio tracks on Wondercraft since her initial subscription in June.

After the upgrade on July 1st 2024, Rachel immediately receives 200 - 100 = 100 credits, which is the credit difference between the two plans. She has got 100 - 80 = 20 unused credits from her initial Creator plan subscription, which means she now has 100 + 20 = 120 credits to create audio tracks on Wondercraft between July 1st 2024 and July 15th 2024. On Wondercraft, Rachel will see 20/100 credits before the upgrade, and 120/200 credits after the upgrade.

She will receive 200 credits on July 15th 2024 because it is the start of the next month/billing cycle.

, which is the price difference between the two plans. You will receive this in the form of Stripe credits that will be applied to the next subscription payment. The credit difference between the two plans will be deducted from your account, and any credit usage this month/billing cycle will not reset.

Daniel is on a 400-credit Pro plan and downgrades to a 100-credit Creator plan on July 10th 2024. The initial monthly Pro subscription was purchased on July 1st 2024. Daniel has used 30 credits to create audio tracks on Wondercraft since his initial subscription on July 1st 2024.

After the downgrade on July 10th 2024, Daniel immediately loses 400 - 100 = 300 credits. He has just used 30 credits this month, which means he will now have 100 - 30 = 70 credits to spend between July 10th 2024 and August 1st 2024. On Wondercraft, Daniel will see 370/400 credits before the downgrade, and 70/100 credits after the upgrade.

He will receive 100 credits on August 1st 2024 because it is the start of the next month/billing cycle.

If you would like to cancel your subscription from Wondercraft instead, 

Upgrade or downgrade a subscription

You can cancel your subscription any time by following these steps. 

Note that the subscription will still be valid until the end of the current monthly or annual billing cycle.

Cancelling your subscription will not affect any draft or mixed audio tracks created on Wondercraft, nor any voice clones, music or sound effects uploaded to Wondercraft. You can restart your subscription any time.
