My script/copy prompt is showing an error. What's wrong?

This may be because you have included a link/URL that the AI script assistant is having trouble reading. Many sites have security practices that prevent our AI script assistant from accessing and extracting information from them, reserving the articles and often PDFs only for the human eye.

To create a script or a copy based on such URLs, we recommend downloading the PDFs and saving these in a cloud storage service, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Make sure the file is viable by anyone with the link, and include the share link to the Google Drive file in your prompt instead.
