What languages do you support?

This may be because you have included a link/URL that the AI script assistant is having trouble reading. Many sites have security practices that prevent our AI script assistant from accessing and extracting information from them, reserving the articles and often PDFs only for the human eye.

To create a script or a copy based on such URLs, we recommend downloading the PDFs and uploading them under 

My script is not working. What's wrong?

Often it is because Wondercraft doesn't have permission to access your microphone.

 for the first time on Wondercraft in Chrome, you will see this pop-up. Click on

To manually configure microphone permission for Wondercraft, go to 

Chrome > Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Microphone

Give Wondercraft permission to access your microphone.

Once the microphone permission has been correctly set up, you should see Wondercraft under

Why is audio not recording when I'm voice cloning?

Parrot mode* and voice presets* both cost 

Adding or changing music or sound effects are free.

Downloading a generated audio track is free.

We also offer a translation quality-assurance service for tracks created on Wondercraft, available exclusively to our Enterprise customers. Our team of licensed translators in 10+ languages will fully localize the script and audio of your content. We usually charge 10-15 credits per minute of translated audio per language, depending on the complexity, specialization and volume of the content requesting QA. How are credits charged?

Yes. You would need to purchase a subscription and cancel or downgrade it before the next billing cycle.

, then purchase a monthly subscription with the number of credits desired. For example, if you would like to buy 200 credits as a one-off, subscribe to the Pro subscription with 200 credits. As long as you 

 within the same month, there will be no recurring charges, and you will have a month from your day of purchase to spend the credits purchased.

To buy extra credits as a one-off, upgrade to a monthly plan with more credits, then downgrade within the same month to avoid extra charges. When you upgrade, you will be given the full monthly credit allowance of the new higher plan, and receive a discount corresponding to any unused credits in your old lower plan. You will then have a fresh month to spend these extra credits.

For example, you purchased a monthly Pro subscription with 200 credits on the January 1st. On January 10th, you have used 100 credits, have 100 credits left but need 300 extra credits for another project you started. You then proceed to upgrading your subscription to the monthly Pro plan with 400 credits, and pays just $86.25 instead of $115 because of the 100 unused credits in your account. In the end, you end up with 400 credits valid until February 10th.

Can I buy or top up credits as a one-off?

From the day of your subscription, each month starts with a fresh set of credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Do unused credits rollover?

Yes you can do both! All tracks produced on Wondercraft can be downloaded as MP3 or WAV files.

Can I download audio tracks as MP3 or WAV files?

 on the left panel, open the Library of prompts for the AI script assistant.

How to create a two-people podcast?

Your credits will renew just after the start of the next month from the day of your subscription. Credits for both monthly and yearly subscription plans 

To find out the date of your credit renewal, go to

Note that the time of subscription (e.g. 14:28) is taken into account of the credit renewal as well, and that credits will only renew just after the subscription time.

Note that ad-blocker extensions, especially those that disable HTML5 auto playback might interfere with Wondercraft's functionalities. Please disable these extensions if you have them open.

How do I make the podcast longer?

Wondercraft is different from Elevenlabs in these ways:
