It was a one-time AI script assistant hiccup.
You uploaded a file under Attachment that the AI script assistant is having trouble of reading.
You may have included a link/URL that the AI can't access in the prompt. Many sites have security practices that prevent our AI script assistant from accessing and extracting information from them, reserving the articles and often PDFs only for the human eye.
You may have formatted the link/URL wrongly, by adding dots in wrong places.
