Why can't I hear audio?

Please double-check that audio for the clip of interest has been generated (see📄 Generate audio for speech). If there is audio but you can't hear the playback, please give the page a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + R) and press on play again.

Note that ad-blocker extensions, especially those that disable HTML5 auto playback might interfere with Wondercraft's functionalities. Please disable these extensions if you have them open.

You can also check your credit usage to confirm if generation was successful:

  1. Go to wondercraft.ai/studio

  2. Click on your workspace in the top left

  3. Select Workspace settings

  4. Under Billing & Plan, review the Credits billable history table
