Create a new workspace

Follow the steps below to create a new teamspace within an existing parent workspace. All members of a workspace on an active Pro subscription can create a teamspace. See 

 in the top left corner. Subscribe to a Pro subscription plan if you haven't done so already.

Join an existing public teamspace, or create a new teamspace.

Create a new teamspace and set the teamspace to either Public or Private.

Navigate to a different teamspace

 that contains the file of interest, then click on

Join a public teamspace

All members in a teamspace can invite new members to join a teamspace they are a part of. Only teamspace 

 is the only teamspace in the parent workspace. Otherwise

. Once approved, the invitee will receive an invitation to join the team in this workspace.

Navigate to a different workspace

Go to the track page or the edit page. Highlight then select 

All unresolved comments would be on the right of the script.

You can resolve, edit or delete a comment by hovering over the comment and clicking on the three dots.

Comment on a track

 plan to create new teamspaces or additional workspaces, and to invite members to join a teamspace. All members added to a teamspace within a workspace would automatically be added to the parent workspace and become billable. A Personal space would also automatically be created for each member of a workspace.

All charges would incur on a workspace level, from the workspace 

's subscription plan. All credit usages from all teamspaces, including members' Personal spaces, would also be charged from the parent workspace.

 is invoiced the total number of paid additional editor seats available in your workspace each month/billing cycle, at $45 per additional editor seat. These seats are available to be assigned to members during the billing cycle, giving you the flexibility to add and remove workspace members at ease. At the next renewal, we will remove all unfilled additional editor seats.

If you add a member to your workspace, and you are paying for all your workspace members currently, your total paid seat count will increase. You will be charged the prorated amount for the remaining billing period at the date of the subscription renewal.

If you remove a member from your workspace, you would free up an available paid seat. During your current billing period, you can add a different member to fill this paid seat at no additional cost.

If you remove a member from your workspace and don't add a different member this billing cycle, your total paid seat count will decrease by one at renewal.
